Quincy, Milton, and Dedham offer a number of architectural highlights including historic homes and public buildings. Blue Hills Reservation and Quincy Quarries are great hiking destinations, and also played important roles in urban history. All are easy to reach by car, and many are open to visitors.
Quincy sits at the southern end of the MBTA Red Line and features a Richardson library and several classic granite structures within easy walking distance. The Adams House tours offered by the National Park Service provide shuttle service to the sites.
